5. MAKING AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE

After you submit an order to us, we will send you order confirmation by email with order details. Should you find any information on the order confirmation is not what you expected; you can either contact us or cancel the order immediately.

Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and your mailbox is in working order, as all correspondence regarding your order is sent to this address.

Please be aware that the Restaurant will do everything we can to meet the delivery / collection time you specified. However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, please ensure that you have included your correct address, postcode, email address and contact telephone number when ordering.

Payment: Once you have placed your order, this represents an agreement between you the customer and the Restaurant. Card payments are made directly to the Restaurant via third party processing platforms. All prices quoted are in British (£ Sterling) Pounds.

Delivery and/or service charge are calculated per order. Any delivery charges or service charges will be displayed clearly in your Order Summary.

We have the right to reject your order, you will be notified by email or a telephone call. There are circumstances where we may not be able to process and deliver your order in a timely manner and may be required to reject it.

6. REFUND POLICY
Generally there is no refund on food. Occasionally there may be an issue which a customer may wish to request a full refund. This refund is at the discretion of Royal Jade Inn owner and the customer must first contact the restaurant.

 
7. CHANGING OR CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order up to one hour before your selected delivery/collection time. If the delivery/collection time is less than one hour, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please call us.

If you wish to attempt to amend or cancel your order after payment, you should contact the restaurant directly to discuss this. The restaurant, however, will not be under any obligation to cancel your order after you have made a payment
